Sails Ashore is a two night minimum stay and is packaged with a "Sails" guided Ulva
Island Exploration Walk.

We have one disabled access room.
Tariff includes all transfers to ferry and plane, local taxes (GST @12.5%), continental breakfast and facilities and services as listed
Children...........By arrangement only. We do not supply cots. Child with one accompanying parent may share room. If two adults, child will require separate room.
Please note that we make every endeavour to adhere to the above tariffs. However we do reserve the right to change without notice. All our heating, lighting and transport is diesel fuelled and prices are beyond our control. Confirmed bookings will of course be honoured.

However for
the period December 20th to January 10th and all other
Public Holidays no refund, unless we can rebook those
dates.
Cancellation due to local ferry or plane cancellation, for the
period of cancellation, full
refund, less any card charges.
Any cancelled booking we are subsequently able to fill will be refunded in full less 10%.
If a guest cancels a booked activity…………..No refund
If we cancel a booked activity…………………..Full refund

While we will make every effort otherwise, from time to time
we may reserve the right to reallocate rooms.
While we are
happy to make bookings for guests with other operators , this is
done so with the understanding that there is an obligation on
the guest concerned to meet the cancellation policies of the
operator concerned. We will accept NO liabilities whatsoever.
Please Note :-
Guest Check In & Out.:- While we will always
meet guests, no-matter what time of arrival, rooms may NOT be
available before 1400hrs.
Also Guests will be required to vacate rooms no later than
1000 hrs on departure day.
Dietary Requirements :- Please remember that we
are on an Island with one small country store. If we can source
special dietary requirements locally we will do so. Beyond that
it is the guests responsibility to ensure their requirements are
met. While we will make every effort to ensure that purchased
food is as labelled we accept no responsibility for proprietary
products which are mislabelled.
