Kowhai Lane Holiday Home Room Tariffs             minimum stay 2 nights 

All prices in $(NZ) and assume 2 guests per room unless otherwise stated.

Kowhai Lane Holiday Home is packaged with a "Sails" guided Ulva Island Exploration Walk.

            First night tariff (two guests)............................... $370 (This includes the Ulva Island walk)
            First night tariff (single guest).............................. $275 (This includes the Ulva Island walk)
            Second and subsequent nights..........$180 per night................. (two night minimum booking).

Children...........By arrangement only. For Kowhai Lane Holiday Home a child with one accompanying parent may share room. If two adults, a child will require a separate room. In general a family with young children should take the apartment or whole of house

Tariff includes all transfers, local taxes (GST @12.5%),  facilities and services as listed

Children........... We have a cot. Flat has maximum beds for 4 people.

Please note that we make every endeavour to adhere to the above tariffs. However we do reserve the right to change without notice. All our heating, lighting and transport is diesel fuelled and prices are beyond our control. Confirmed bookings will of course be honoured.

Deposit/Confirmation Policy

 We require a deposit of 1 nights tariff, or 33% of total  tariff, whichever is greatest. Receipt of this confirms and guarantees your booking. Payment may be made by cheque or credit card

 Cancellation... (direct booking)   

        

longer than 30 days of arrival date..................10% forfeit of total tariff
8 to 30 days of arrival date.............................. 33% forfeit of total tariff
within 7 days of arrival date............................ 100% forfeit of total tariff.

However for the period December 20th to January 10th and all other Public Holidays no refund, unless we can rebook those dates.

Cancellation due to local ferry or plane cancellation,  full refund for the period of            cancellation, less any card charges.
 Any cancelled booking we are subsequently able to fill will be refunded in full less 10%.

While we are happy to make bookings for guests with other operators , this is done so with the understanding that there is an obligation on the guest concerned to meet the cancellation policies of the operator concerned. We will accept NO liabilities whatsoever.

Please Note :-  Guest Check In & Out.  While we will always meet guests, no-matter what time of arrival, rooms may NOT be available before 1400 hrs. Also Guests will be required to vacate rooms no later than 1000 hrs on departure day. We reserve the right to re-allocate rooms due to unforeseen circumstances.

NB           Kowhai Lane is strictly non smoking inside the house
